Latest Logistic Service Arrangement under the COVID-19 Outbreak

During the fifth wave of the epidemic in Hong Kong, we have been trying our best to provide customers with quality services. With the further aggravation of the epidemic, the number of confirmed cases and buildings closed for inspection continued to rise every day, we can only provide limited services at present.

 

Due to the impact of the local epidemic and related control measures on delivery operations, starting from 6 March 2022, our service in certain areas have adjusted as follows:

 

Cut-Off Time:

11AM & 4PM

Hong Kong Delivery Time:

T+2 (T+1)

 

Special arrangements for Epidemic Prevention Measures:

Faced with the challenging environment and uncontrollable factors under the epidemic, we will provide rapid test kits for every front-line employee every day in order to protect the personal health of them. A negative result must be obtained before going to work; in addition to regular cleaning, and according to the situation, the company sites, facilities, and goods are subject to disinfection procedures to maintain safety and hygiene.
