For any product inquiries, exchanges, or repair services in the future, please visit our customer service center in Tsing Yi#.

Details of the service arrangements for the Mong Kok customer service center:

1.  The deadline for submitting products for repair and collecting repaired products is Monday, September 30, 2024, or before.

2.  If customers are unable to collect their repaired products by the deadline, please visit the Tsing Yi customer service center on Wednesday, October 02, 2024, or after to retrieve them.

Starting from September, we are pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new "Free Delivery for Repair Services" program, providing you with a more convenient repair experience.

Under this new service, once your product is repaired, we will arrange delivery to customer designed SF Express station or smart locker, allowing you to effortlessly retrieve your product.

This innovative service aims to enhance customer experience, making the repair process more seamless and efficient.
