In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, our company will reinforce the special logistic arrangement regarding the affected locations as follows:

1. Customer has to bring company chop and pick up goods at the lobby if delivery address is under the mandatory quarantine according to Cap. 599C of Hong Kong Law and buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19.

2. Delivery will be suspended on the list of companies with confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The above logistic arrangement under the outbreak of COVID-19 will continue to implement until the building is disinfected and no longer under mandatory quarantine as according to the update on Department of Health.

* As the pandemic update from the government is not real-time, the logistic arrangement will be subject to actual situation. Customer will be informed before delivery if there is any changes on logistic arrangement.
