Synnex HK Customer Service Centres Upgrade Payment Platform & Online Reservation Service for Tsing Yi Service Centre

To improve the service quality and provide better service experience to our customers, we are delighted to announce that our Payment Platform is upgraded and the Online Reservation Service will be available for Tsing Yi Service Centre effective from January 1, 2022, details are as follows:

 

1. Payment Platform Upgraded

- Provides more diversified electronic payment methods, customers can choose the Electronic Payment Platforms cater for their needs  and no more cash payment would be handled.

 

2. Tsing Yi Customer Service Centre (reopen on Jan 1, 2022)

-  For repairing service, please fill in the reservation form through the following website : https://logistics-syn.surveycake.biz/s/XpG6m

-  Please visit Tsing Yi service centre according to the booking time

Opening Hours: 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Mon - Fri); 9:00AM to 1:00PM (Sat);

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
